This website is operated by Trinetrix Enterprise under the brand AURAA-X.
This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

For customized or personalized products (such as jerseys with custom names and numbers), processing may take 2–5 business days, as these are made-to-order.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Events beyond our control

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor delivery status through the courier partner’s website.

Delays & Liability

AURAA-X is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to the customer.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds will not be issued for returned shipments due to incorrect address details.

Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect address

We may:

  • Re-ship the order after additional shipping charges are paid, or

  • Cancel the order and deduct applicable shipping & handling charges before refund (if eligible).

Customized products will not be eligible for refund in case of RTO.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video from the sealed package opening.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery through our Contact page.

Claims without video proof may not be accepted.
